.TSL@USW: Developing your Principal Fellow (PFHEA) Recognition Claim.
Colleagues who, ideally having been to an introductory PFHEA work, are ready to focus in on claiming specifics through TSL@USW.
The workshop will help participants understand the requirements of a PFHEA claim through USW’s Recognition Scheme (TSL@USW) and have confidence to undertake a first draft.
By the end of the session participants will have ownership of the PFHEA Descriptor and be able to begin intensive claim preparation. Participants allocated to a specific submission Panel will be allocated a mentor to support their claim-preparations.
This session will draw heavily on the personal UKPSF Descriptor 4 mapping activity participants completed following the PFHEA Introductory workshop (Becoming a Principal Fellow HEA: an introductory workshop), and focus in on the specific requirements of claim-making at USW. Participants will have the opportunity to review sample extracts and undertake mock assessments in order to deepen their understanding of the Descriptor in practice.
