Library Services have been working with student volunteers to create a series of displays based on USW library collections which celebrate diversity and highlight areas where library collections can be developed to be more inclusive and representative.  In this workshop we will be reflecting on what we have all, both library staff and students, learned from this project and the impact it has had on improving the diversity of USW library collections. This year’s project has been a pilot project and we will be using the lessons learned to run this project successfully on an annual basis in future.
