We run a regular programme of workshops and seminars about a range of TEL tools including Blackboard, Panopto, Online assessment and feedback, Vevox, and more.
All workshops and seminars are listed on the CELT Events pages.
If you can't make it to one of our workshops you can request bespoke support. Whether it's for an individual, a small group or a whole team we will work with you to provide the support you need.
Contact your Faculty TEL Partner (see above) in the first instance or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For routine technical problems, or for urgent incidents you can log a call on the IT Helpdesk.
If the call relates to Learning Technology it will automatically be assigned to the first available member of the TEL team who will respond to you as soon as possible.
Students access everything that is online via Unilife (note: this link is only accessible to USW students)
